This is a custom keychain made of Co-Cr. 

This time, we received 2D illustration data and proceeded with 3D modeling first, and only simplified internal reinforcement design for light weight reduction. 

It will be limited to 100 souvenirs. Since the material has a large proportion, we had to empty the inside to make it lightweight.

If 15 supports are not inserted inside, the outer wall will not withstand and deform. It's necessary to prevent deformation

The heat treatment was done at 950 degrees Celsius for an hour. Plating was done outside.
